Meet the Roadmap Facilitators

Cath Botta

Cath works extensively as a facilitator, working with Agricultural Industries, boards, project teams and rural and regional communities.

She facilitates strategic planning and project planning workshops, designs and delivers stakeholder consultation and community engagement processes, and delivers training programs.

Cath has specialist experience and expertise in complex multi –stakeholder engagement, negotiating partnerships, and collaborative co-design processes.

Cath has a strong background in Agriculture with extensive experience working as a soil scientist and educator across the agriculture sector, natural resource management sector, and the tertiary education sector.

She also works as an independent chair of Committees and Panels for a range of organisations such as Horticulture Innovation Australia.

Cath holds qualifications in Agriculture, Soil Conservation, and Mediation and Conflict Resolution. She is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew Huffer

Andrew Huffer and Associates is an independent facilitation and stakeholder engagement consultancy with 30 years practical experience and 25 years in business.

The consultancy provides facilitation; stakeholder engagement; and training and coaching services in a range of sectors right across Australia and overseas.

Andrew Huffer and Associates practical experience is underpinned by the delivery of 1500 workshops using participatory approaches to actively involve all people in contributing to effective outcomes. This includes the delivery of over 100 workshops online over the last five years.
