Do you work with Australian Sheep Producers?
Help shape The (Future) Flock

Australia’s sheep industry is building a national strategy - The Future Flock - to provide a clear and unifying vision for sheepmeat and wool. Farm services are central to that: you’re the trusted, on-farm voice who sees what’s working (and what isn’t) every week. We’re inviting you to help shape the plan through quick surveys, short webinars, targeted workshops and by sharing what you already know.

Who's this for?

Agronomists, veterinarians, livestock agents/buyers, rural merchandise & inputs, farm business/finance consultants, genetics & breeding services, NRM/Landcare, transport, wool brokers/buyers, shearers, lamb-marking and other animal husbandry providers. If you support sheep producers, we want to hear from you.

How Farm Services can take part

There's many ways to be involved

Complete the Farm Service Survey

Tell us what you’re seeing: client numbers and intentions, enterprise shifts, confidence, adoption barriers, sustainability readiness, market focus and the tools you need to help producers. This is our primary Farm Services data source.

Join a farm-services webinar

Three short sessions (different days/times) to unpack what we’re hearing, pressure-test early themes and capture your feedback live.

Step into a workshop

Based on survey/webinar input, selected services will be invited into state workshops for deeper, regional, analysis with producers and supply-chain representatives.

Host or co-host an activity

Have a regular team day, client event or toolbox meeting? Invite The Future Flock to join, collect feedback and share updates.
